Je kan beginnen met meditatie. Daarbij is de 10 seconden meditatie van Chade-Meng Tan misschien een goed begin. Tan was systeemanalyst bij Google en ontdekte meditatie op zijn 21<sup>ste<\/sup> . Hij startte met cursussen meditatie voor Google-medewerkers. Om te bewijzen dat meditatie even nuttig kan zijn als een zoekopdracht op Google ontwikkelde hij een korte oefening. \u00a0Immers, wat nodig is volgens Tan,  is dat je je ontspant zodat je hartslag omlaag gaat en je de spieren losmaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De oefening gaat als volgt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Neem iemand in gedachten, bij voorkeur iemand\nom wie je geeft.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Denk: ik wens deze persoon toe dat hij \/zij\ngelukkig is<\/em><\/li><li><em>Adem drie keer in en uit terwijl je die\ngedachte vasthoudt.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Doe dit elke dag om: een gewoonte te maken\nvan je wens voor andermans geluk\u2026 Daar word je zelf ook gelukkiger van.<a href=\"#_ftn1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens Tan maakt meditatie je vriendelijker en blijer en\nverhoogt het bovendien ook de creativiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En als meditatie je niet ligt, kun je altijd nog af en toe\ngaan wegdromen\u2026 <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Zomorodi Manousch, <em>Een pleidooi voor verveling<\/em>, Hoe je productiever en creatiever wordt door af en toe weg te dromen, Amsterdam, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Hoe stiller je wordt, hoe meer je kan horen&#8221; (onbekend) Wat kun je deze dagen nog doen behalve lezen, Netflix kijken en je vervelen?
